Kloofwater camp letter and admin

Regarding the returns for camp:

Please ensure that that you reply wheter your child is going or not.

If a pupil isn’t going all I need is the return slip.

If a pupil is going I need:
Return slip, Cornwall indemnity form (2 pages)
Medical admin indemnity form
Kloofwaters’ indemnity form (please staple each child’s stuff together)
a copy of the parent’s id and medical aid card

PLEASE default children from tomorrow. Keep the default and if they bring the form on Thurs – tear it up – please tell them this is how it will work.

I need all the forms in on Tomorrow if not its demerit time!
