Round Square Gold Presidents Award (Internationally Recognised)

Dear Parents

We are looking for any scholars who want to do Gold Presidents awards(16 years and older) and ANY others, staff and families who would like to join in. So c’mon get those hiking boots on and block out August holidays as a focus on “ Friends Family Fitness and Fun !”

Dear Michelle

I prefer to use the Wolkberg area in Limpopo f and would typically take the participants on a 5 day journey that would involve:

a day of paddling on the Ebenezer Dam
a hike up into the Wolkberg during which we will summit the Iron Crown. (highest peak in Limpopo.)
a short 8km hike where we abseil and do some rock climbing along the way.
a hike around Serala Peak and down through the Wonderwoud (a very big indigenous forest).
a hike to 3 waterfalls that fall into each other. A spectacular place to relax and swim during lunch.

I am a service provider that is recommended by the Presidents Award and this specific trip has been passed by them as a Gold level Journey.

I could help you in the August holiday and the best would be to have a min of 9 in a group. The cost then works out to R1700 a student which includes 2 guides and all the permits etc. it excludes transport, food and personal equipment such as backpacks.
